ORDERING:
*A 7-day lead time is strongly encouraged (but not required) for all orders.
*For small or grouped items like cupcakes and cookies, the minimum order is 1 dozen.
*For mini pies, the minimum order is 8 pies.
*For the baby Bundt cakes, the minimum order is 4 cakes.
*In accordance with trademark laws, officially licensed and trademarked products and themes will not be replicated in cake.
*Sweetcatering is a dessert catering service that Miss Landa Cakes provides, to accommodate at least 50 people/servings.
*Sweetcatering pricing begins at $2.95 per item.
FULL-SERVICE AND DROP-OFF CATERING:
*A 2-week (at least) lead time is required for all catering orders.
*Full-service catering describes the Chef-on-Site service. This includes delivery, setup, service, breakdown and assembly of any leftovers. An hourly fee will be included in the base price. If extra time is needed during the event, the Chef-on-Site hourly fee must be paid at the beginning of each additional hour.
*Drop-off service describes only the delivery of your catering order. The client is responsible, for the setup, maintaining the accessibility of the food items and ensuring that guests have a safe and sanitary experience. Instructions will be emailed to the client on file prior to delivery.
*There is a service charge applied to each catering job. This varies by the size of your party.
{As much as we can, we try to condense your total pricing into a complete "per person" price. This allows you to have a clearer understanding of where your dollars are going, without being confounded with a plethora of separate numbers.}
PAYMENTS:
**There is a $30 rush upcharge applied to catering orders placed within 8-13 days of your event, provided the order is possible within that time period.
**A nonrefundable deposit/retainer of 50% is required upon date confirmation. The balance is due 5 days prior to event date.
**Payment is due in full upon date confirmation for any bakery order placed within 7 days of your requested date.
**Payment is due in full upon date confirmation for any catering order placed within 14 days of your requested date.
**All invoices will be emailed. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit, cash and Zelle. If paying in person, payment schedule still applies.
**Your paid deposit/retainer confirms your requested date with Miss Landa Cakes, and accepted deposits are nonrefundable.
**There are no refunds or changes permitted on any orders placed with “rush” status, as work on your project will have already begun.
**Your invoice will be cancelled if deposit/balance is not paid on the first business day following the final reminder email.
**If you're not completely satisfied with our service or goods, please email me at misslandacakesllc@yahoo.com along with a picture and full description of the complaint.
**To cancel an order, please email misslandacakesllc@yahoo.com prior to balance due date with the understanding that any deposit payments already made are nonrefundable.
LOGISTICS:
*We can help you arrange the perfect time for safe pickup or delivery of your order on weekends between 10a.m. and 7p.m.
*Bakery delivery is available for a $40 flat rate.
*Wedding cake delivery is a mandatory service, with a $75 flat rate charge.
*Catering delivery is available for an $85 flat rate.
DISCLAIMERS:
*Miss Landa Cakes, LLC does not claim to be an allergen-or gluten-free, or vegan environment, although I do make sure to respect your dietary wishes.
*Miss Landa Cakes, LLC is not liable for the arrival condition of any items transported by pickup, or third-party delivery means.
*In cases of third-party pickup or delivery, client will be sent a photo for final appearance approval before items leave the hands of Miss Landa Cakes, LLC.
